Zásady vrácení zboží, pokud byl zakoupen přímo z RimpactMTB.com
Naše politika trvá 30 dní. Pokud od vašeho nákupu uplynulo 30 dní, bohužel vám nemůžeme nabídnout vrácení peněz nebo výměnu, ale bez ohledu na to, abyste mohli projednat, kontaktujte nás.
Abyste měli nárok na vrácení, musí být vaše položka nepoužitá a ve stejném stavu, v jakém jste ji obdrželi. Musí být také v původním obalu. K dokončení vrácení potřebujeme účtenku nebo doklad o nákupu. Neposílejte prosím svůj nákup zpět, dokud nekontaktujete náš tým zákaznických služeb pro referenční číslo. Existují určité situace, kdy jsou poskytovány pouze částečné náhrady: (pokud existuje)
* Zjevné známky používání
* Jakákoli položka, která není v původním stavu, je poškozená nebo chybí části z důvodů, které nebyly způsobeny naší chybou.
* Jakákoli položka, která je vrácena více než 30 dnů po doručení
Vrácení peněz při nákupu přes RimpactMTB.com (pokud existuje)
Jakmile bude vaše vrácené zboží přijato a zkontrolováno, zašleme vám e-mail s oznámením, že jsme obdrželi vaši vrácenou položku. Budeme vás také informovat o schválení nebo zamítnutí vaší refundace.
Pokud budete schváleni, bude vaše refundace zpracována a kredit bude automaticky připsán na vaši kreditní kartu nebo původní způsob platby během 7–10 pracovních dnů.
Pozdní nebo chybějící vrácení peněz:
Pokud jste dosud neobdrželi refundaci, nejprve znovu zkontrolujte svůj bankovní účet.
Poté kontaktujte společnost, která vydala vaši kreditní kartu, může nějakou dobu trvat, než bude vaše refundace oficiálně odeslána.
Dále kontaktujte svou banku. Před odesláním refundace často trvá určitá doba na zpracování.
Pokud jste toto vše provedli a stále jste neobdrželi refundaci, kontaktujte nás prosím na customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Výměny :
Položky vyměníme pouze v případě, že jsou vadné nebo poškozené. Pokud jej potřebujete vyměnit za stejnou položku, pošlete nám e-mail na customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Doprava :
Chcete-li vrátit svůj produkt, kontaktujte prosím customerservice@rimpactmtb.com, kde získáte referenční adresu pro vrácení a poštovní adresu.
Budete odpovědní za uhrazení vlastních nákladů na dopravu za vrácení položky. Náklady na dopravu jsou nevratné. Pokud obdržíte náhradu, náklady na zpáteční dopravu budou odečteny z vaší refundace. V závislosti na tom, kde žijete, se může doba, za kterou se k vám vyměněný produkt dostane, lišit. Pokud zasíláte položku nad 75 GBP, měli byste zvážit použití sledovatelné přepravní služby nebo zakoupit pojištění přepravy. Nezaručujeme, že obdržíme vaši vrácenou položku.
Záruka:
Pokud se domníváte, že položka selhala předčasně nebo je při převzetí vadná a chtěli byste si prostudovat záruční reklamaci, kontaktujte prosím customerservice@rimpactmtb.com a dejte nám vědět. V případech, kdy byl produkt zakoupen prostřednictvím schváleného prodejce – nejprve kontaktujte prodejce. Prodejce poté kontaktuje Rimpact přímo na customerservice @rimpactmtb.com a bude čekat na pokyny.
Na Rimpact PRO a Original se vztahuje 30denní záruka od data nákupu, která pokrývá vady výrobce nebo předčasné selhání. Nevztahuje se na nesprávné použití nebo poškození v důsledku nesprávné instalace. Více informací je k dispozici na našich webových stránkách www.rimpactmtb.com.
Vrácení peněz při nákupu od schváleného prodejce Rimpact:
Při nákupu od schváleného prodejce Rimpact se řiďte podmínkami zobrazenými prodejcem. Veškeré vrácení peněz bude zpracováno podle uvážení prodejce, Rimpact Components LTD nenese žádnou odpovědnost za přijetí nebo zamítnutí vrácení peněz prodejcem.
